Local Shipment (within Pakistan)
Domestic shipments are fulfilled via our logistics partner at TCS. They are great guys with vast experience in logistics industry. When you place your order at our website, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the processing is complete, and your order is shipped, you will receive order completion email and an SMS update from TCS with your live tracking number. Sit back till TCS deliver your wallet at your doorstep with as much love as we put in making it for you.
The shipment times vary depending on your location, but it usually takes 2-3 days for your wallet to deliver within Pakistan.
Local delivery is FREE without any additional charges. If any shipment is returned due to a bad address or consignee unavailability at the given address, the re-shipment, if requested by the customer, will be paid by the customer.
International shipments are catered via FedEx & DHL to provide our customers abroad with the quickest possible delivery time. No matter where you are if you have a letterbox outside your house, you can order your wallet and sit back and relax till the postman rings your doorbell.
Delivery time is substantially dependent on your location, but on average delivery will take around 5 – 7 working days for US, Canada, Australia and most parts of Europe. It is the responsibility of the consignee to provide a correct address where the shipment can be received. All shipments require an indirect signature. Aurochs will communicate estimated delivery date and time when the shipment is in transit via email. All shipments can be tracked on www.myaurochs.aftership.com once they are in transit. You will also get constant email updates with the current location and status of the shipment till it reaches you.
International freight charges also vary based on your location. For most locations, it will be less than $10. You will see a detailed bifurcation of charges on your checkout page. Extra duties and import taxes may apply depending upon your local regulations. Kindly check with your excise and taxation department before placing an order.
101 Day Return Policy
We are more than confident that you will love your Aurochs wallet for every penny you paid for it. In case you have any issue, don’t worry we got you covered with our 101-day No-Questions-Asked return and refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, drop us an e-mail at [email protected], and our support team will guide you through the rest of the procedure.
- Returned product(s) must be unused, undamaged and should be returned with COMPLETE packing.
- Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
- Your credit card will be credited with the exact amount you paid once the returned product is received at one of our designated warehouses and checked by our QA team.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase, we will transfer the money via online banking to your account. IBFT charges of PKR. 195/- to be deducted from refund amount.
- The return policy is only available on hard products. Digital gift cards are not refundable.
- The return policy is not applicable to customized products.
- If the returned product does not comply with the clause(a) of the Refund Policy, the product will be shipped back to the customer. The cost of the shipment will be born by the customer.
