Yes we ship all over the world via both Economy mode & DHL Express mode. Shipment delivery time varies for each country which you can see at the checkout page after entering your delivery address.

It depends on where you are. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Economy shipment takes 10 – 25 business days while DHL Express delivery takes 3-5 business days. Additional shipment delays can accur due to custom holds etc.

All shipping costs are paid by us at the time of booking the shipment. The additional amount the courier is asking to pay before delivery is the import duties levied by your country’s tax department. That amount is charged by your government on a parcel imported from overseas. You can confirm this by asking your courier the details of the additional charges.

All orders are protected by our 100 days return policy. If you don’t like the product, you can send it back to us and get a refund or a different product. All returned products should be new and unused to qualify for the return/exchange policy.

All shipment modes might not be available in specific countries due to the way courier services work. For example, we might not be able to offer a Free Economy shipping to a specific country due to substandard delivery service by destination post office. 

All products are made from full-grain cow leather. Full grain leather is considered the heighest quality of leather in the market. You can read more about our leather HERE

Unfortunately, we might not be able to personalise a product for a single user.
